The obsession with speed in life, business, and the scaling of technology platforms always leads creators in the wrong direction. We avoid the pressure of tight deadlines or the obsession with being "faster" than someone or something else.
Our preferred approach is the least amount of work for the biggest possible payoff. Avoid pressure and perfectionism. There will always be something "broken" that "needs to be fixed" or simply "could be better". Find and dive into the path of least resistance.
Someone will be tasked with motivating you and measuring your performance, but you are your own boss. You find your own projects when you have none. You figure out where you're needed and insert yourself. You remember what needs to be done without reminders.
Our very ethos is respecting and embracing the laws of timing. We celebrate beginnings and endings with the same joy and confidently move along. We don't strive to make anything permanent: not products, not strategy, not employee tenures, not even the very existence of our platform.
